Harbour
Lights Café and Restaurant was established in Peel, Isle of Man in 1996 in the quaint and charming Harbour Master's office
and Custom House.
Owners
Janette and Rob Heath have worked tirelessly to make Harbour Lights one of the premier dining spots on the Isle of Man. Their
inspiration has been the world famous Betty's Café in Harrogate. The influence
is obvious to anyone who has visited Betty's - but Harbour Lights definitely has special character all of its own.
